Return & Refund Policy – Upper Carbon

At Upper Carbon, every product is built with precision and care. Due to the custom nature of our carbon fiber parts, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.


All Sales Are Final on Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are made-to-order or limited production, including our Platinum Series and custom carbon fiber parts.
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

We accept returns on non-custom, in-stock items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Item must be in new condition with no damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order parts
  • Platinum Series products
  • Installed or used items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the packaging and product
  • Order number

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging to prevent damage during return

Upper Carbon is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
