4. Custom Orders & Final Sale Items

All custom, made-to-order, and Platinum Series products are final sale.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for verifying fitment for their motorcycle.

Upper Carbon is not liable for:

  • Improper installation
  • Modifications required for fitment
  • Damage resulting from installation or use

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on product availability and production schedules.

Upper Carbon is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped
