At Upper Carbon, every part is built with precision. Due to the custom nature of our products, shipping times may vary based on availability and production schedules.
Order Processing
- In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days
- Made-to-order items may require 2–4 weeks or longer depending on production
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Pre-Orders & Custom Parts
Many of our products—including Platinum Series and custom carbon fiber parts—are built to order.
By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:
- Production lead times may vary
- Delays may occur due to demand or material availability
- Orders cannot be canceled once production begins

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Upper Carbon is not responsible for packages that are:
- Lost or stolen after delivery
- Delayed by the shipping carrier
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Upper Carbon is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
